The Wartmann Elite WM-1506 EL is a versatile, professional vacuum sealer

This high-quality vacuum sealing machine offers you every possibility to vacuum-package and seal your food almost professionally. The powerful double pumps achieve a very high underpressure, up to 965mbar (±3%). Delicate products can be vacuumed with the pulse button so that you have optimum control. The vacuum machine makes a high quality seal in the vacuum bags, and also offers the option of applying multiple seals using the series seal button. This is useful when you want to seal multiple bags. The double vacuum pump makes this vacuum machine very fast and suitable for large volumes.

Note: this vacuum machine is only suitable for vacuum bags with relief and vacuum foil with relief

Pulse marinating and connection for vacuum storage boxes

This vacuum device also has a handy connection (including a hose) with which you can use vacuum boxes (not included) and use the marinating mode. In the marinade position the underpressure changes automatically according to a cycle (eg 20 minutes high, 20 minutes low) so that the outside surface of the meat opens and closes, and the meat can absorb the marinade even better. The results are amazing!
