Ingredients
Pumpkin Mix:
✔️ 500g pumpkin, diced
✔️ 1 onion, chopped
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 tsp ground cumin
✔️ Salt & pepper to taste
Soup Base:
✔️ 500ml vegetable broth
✔️ 100ml coconut milk or cream (optional)
✔️ Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Preparation Method
Step 1: Sous Vide the Pumpkin Mix
1️⃣ Vacuum-seal the pumpkin, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a sous-vide bag.
2️⃣ Set your sous-vide machine to 85°C and cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 2: Blend & Finish
3️⃣ Remove the bag and transfer the contents to a blender. Blend until smooth.
4️⃣ Add the vegetable broth and coconut milk (or cream), then blend again until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Heat the soup in a pan and adjust seasoning as needed.
